Agreement between User and WhiskeyBobby

Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and no additional charges apply for different payment methods. WhiskeyBobby does not store credit card details on our servers.

6. Cancellation/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items, including sauces and rubs, once they have been shipped.

• Refund      Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items damaged during      transit or if you receive the incorrect product.
• Reporting      Issues: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us      within 7 calendar days of receiving your item with details and photos of      the issue.
• Refund      Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within      5–10 business days after verification.

8. Shipping Policy

We process orders promptly and typically ship within 3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen. WhiskeyBobby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the item has left our facility.

9. Limited Liability for Cooking or Consumption

WhiskeyBobby sauces and rubs are intended for culinary enjoyment, but users are responsible for safe food handling and cooking practices. WhiskeyBobby is not liable for any injuries, mishaps, or adverse reactions that may occur from the preparation, handling, or consumption of our products.
